It was so refreshing and surprising this year to recieve so many Christmas cards with pictures that I had taken on them.  I had no idea these sweet people I have met through my little business would want to send me their card. It is always a joy to see my pictures in use and loved! Today I recieved in the mail this absolutely stunning trifold wedding announcement of this stunning couple! Such a surprise! Ayla - Newborn

Oh my goodness this girl was so sweet and too perfect today. It was the first time in a year that we managed to make it without a single accident on my backdrops... such a rare occasion. I actually expect to be washing things after every newborn session, so this was completely unexpected. She was an angel the whole time. She wasn't too fond of the head in hands pose but we were able to get a bunch of other really great shots of this sweet girl! Here's a little preview...

Giving the Gift of Memories

I received a request on my facebook page for a gift certificate for a newborn shoot, so I created some cute ones! I had so much fun designing I decided to make a boy and girl one! ha ha. Next I will probably design some especially for the one year package. She requested it because she wanted to purchase a newborn shoot for a friend but wanted her friend to have the option of upgrading to the one year package as well if she wished. (For those who aren't familiar with the one year package it includes newborn shoot, 3, 6, 9 and 12 month shoots). I seriously can't think of a more heartfelt gift. Babies will never be babies again, but the pictures you have of them as sweet infants will last a lifetime! I designed it and showed it to her that night over facebook and she fell in love, as I did, with the cutness of it all. I think her friend is going to love it! Chloe - Preview

Did her newborns 7 months ago, but somehow it seems like it was just yesterday! I can't believe how much this little gal has grown! More and more beautiful each day!

Logan - 14 months

I have this shelf in our dining room that I decorate for each holiday.  Next holiday for our shelf is Valentine's Day so I needed an updated picture of my little man for it. We didn't have a pink tie, and our red tie made me think of Christmas, so we did his orange/brown/blue tie from Taylor Joelle Designs. We love Taylor Joelle!

My little shoot with Logan lasted about 5 minutes. Super short right before his nap so we didn't get a huge variety, just one picture was all we needed. I decided to use the second picture here but the first one I just had to put up cause the face he's making is so cute!! Love my little boy!
